GetYourGuide’s CPO, Ameet Ranadive, and Supply Product Director, Heiko Reintsch, gave a glimpse into GetYourGuide's future, detailing our strategic roadmap for the coming years. Mastering Technical Incident Management

Udi Nir, GetYourGuide’s CTO, and Giacomo Palma, Connectivity Engineering Manager, stressed the importance of a swift and effective response to technical incidents. Rethinking Supplier Onboarding

Martin Burdenski, our Head of Supply, and Nikita Kazachkov, Head of Marketing for Travel Communities, introduced our improved supplier onboarding process. With our strong focus on providing high-quality and diverse travel experiences, we want to make it as smooth and quick as possible for suppliers to offer them to travelers. Our revamped process enables suppliers to register, create activities, and start receiving bookings within minutes, all while maintaining our high-quality standards.


Elevating First-Line Support

Natalie Estment, GetYourGuide’s Connectivity Operations Manager; Bhavna Mittal, GetYourGuide’s Senior Manager of Supplier Experience; and representatives from Bókun, FareHarbour, and Travelotopos engaged in a thoughtful discussion on enhancing first-line support.
